I’m 47. I don’t think that is old at all. I feel that my best years are ahead of me and I also feel that I devote a lot of time to activities that have no real value to me. Now while spending some time doing that is OK I think I’m doing more than my fair share. Seriously when Facebook games are the highlight of my week I’m pretty sure there is some life activities I’m missing out on, LOL!
I love the idea of a bucket list. Call is what you will, it’s a list of short and long term goals that I want to accomplish. I mean if I’m changing my body I might as well change my activities right along with it, right?
